We build relationships with owner, subcontractors and project professionals, resulting in the success of projects.
A&E Construction Co. is a premier construction firm headquartered in Upper Darby, PA with a branch office in Lindenwold, NJ. Serving the Mid-Atlantic Region since 1978, A&E Construction Co. has repeatedly succeeded in exceeding the expectations of its institutional, commercial, industrial, self-storage, retail, private development and municipal clients. Founded by Bud Santora, A&E Construction Co. has grown from four employees to its current staff of almost 100 full-time employees. Bud Santora was responsible for instilling a philosophy of unyielding dedication to providing premium service and quality to clients of A&E. It is this philosophy that continues to drive A&E through his sons Bill Santora, CEO, and Tony Santora, President, as they continue to lead the business their father started.
During our more than 40 years, A&E has experienced steady growth and built strong relationships with our clients. Over 70% of our business is through repeat customers and recommendations.
Members of the A&E Construction Team are strongly encouraged to be part of the communities in which they live and work. It is a rarity not to find employees involved in sponsoring or assisting local charities, institutions, and associations that make our communities better places. It was Bill’s and Tony’s father’s philosophy of “hard work is not hard but essential to being successful,” and their mother’s teaching that the only way to feel good about success, whether financial or physical, is to give some of it back to those less fortunate.
