The Brookwood Shopping Center renovation project involved the removal of the existing façade and canopy on this 43,500 square feet retail complex. A new EIFS façade, covering a surface area of over 25,000 square feet, was installed in its place. In addition, existing store fronts were replaced, new sidewalks were installed throughout, existing pipe columns were covered with brick piers, and a new EPDM roof was installed.
