Located in the Hunting Park area of North Philadelphia, this project involved the renovation of 240,000 square feet of a former industrial complex into Class A office space. This space houses the Temple University Health System’s Administrative Offices. The project involved the demolition of existing space and the interior fitup of that space including private offices, open office space, servery, meeting rooms, elevators, and lobby.
