This project involved the complete renovation of a 14-story hotel. Exterior construction included the renovation of the exterior wall panels and the building’s curtain wall system as well as the replacement of the building’s high roof. In addition, miscellaneous site and landscaping improvements were completed.

The interior construction included the renovation and reconfiguration of much the hotel’s public spaces. The main floor features a renovated lobby including a new gift shop, new business center, and a new restaurant area including a new coffee shop. The lower level features a renovated fitness center and pool area. In addition, all 276 guest rooms were renovated. The hotel’s HVAC and electrical systems were upgraded as part of this project.
