This multi-phased project involves three components including a new 13,000 square-foot retail building, the re-façading of the existing center, and associated sitework at the center. The new retail building will be constructed within the existing parking lot and will accommodate seven new retailers. Following the relocation of some of the existing center’s tenants into this new building, a portion of the existing center, including a vacant K-mart, will be demolished and the remaining portion will be re-façaded. Finally, the site will be prepared for another retail store which will be constructed separately.
