A&E Construction was the Construction Manager for a 36,000 square foot complete renovation of all four floors of the building and a masonry addition at the rear to accommodate new offices. As Construction Manager, A&E Construction provided preconstruction services, including scheduling, estimating and value engineering in an eight month schedule.
