A&E Construction Co. was the General Contractor for this 100,000 square foot renovation of a factory into a Class “A” office, including complete demolition and renovations to the building’s exterior and interior and 12’ X 12’ glass pyramid skylights. A new mechanical system was installed to service 70,000 square feet. Because of the tight schedule and harsh winter weather, A&E tented-in the entire building with temporary heat to complete the EIFS. A vanilla box was constructed for the remainder of the building.
