A&E Construction Co. was the general contractor responsible for renovating an existing townhouse into a piano bar in Center City Philadelphia. The 3,300 SF project included extensive custom millwork, a main and back bar, a piano stage, and custom booths. Work involved demolition, carpentry, mosaic tile work, flooring, glass and glazing, painting, drywall, fabric at bar, plumbing, HVAC, electric, and installation of bathroom with ADA fixtures.
