A&E Construction Co. has been awarded the contract to renovate an existing 5,600 SF space in the Medical Office Building at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, PA.  The suite will have 12 exam rooms; a lab; reception, triage, storage and lounge areas; medical and consultation offices; a file room; 3 restrooms, and a physical therapy room.  The project includes demolition, framing and drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, casework and finishes, paint, and carpeting.
