The Parkwood Shopping Center renovation project involves the removal of the existing façade and canopy on this 56,500 square feet retail complex. A new EIFS façade, including the construction of a new accent tower, is being installed in its place. In addition, existing store fronts are being replaced, new sidewalks are being installed throughout, existing pipe columns are being covered with brick piers, and a new EPDM roof is being installed. |
