Occupying the second floor of the Offices at Villanova complex, this space serves as the headquarters of First Sealord Surety – a subsidiary of Sealord, LLC. Working closely with The Provco Group, the building owner, and Binswanger, the leasing agent for the 17,000 square foot space, A&E created private offices, open office space, an executive office suite, a library, and conference and meeting rooms for the bonding company.
