A&E Construction Co. has been awarded a contract by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to oversee a building addition and interior renovations at the St. Francis Country House in Darby, Pennsylvania.

This multi-phased project includes the construction of a four-story addition and multiple interior renovations that will result in the relocation of the rehabilitation area, administrative offices, beauty shop, and gift shop; the renovation of multiple nurse stations and lounges, a bathing suite, and administrative offices; and the creation of a new conference area, additional administrative offices, and chapel offices. All work is being done in the fully occupied facility.
