The Suburban Square project includes the construction of a new 8,400 square foot, Building 16, and the partial demolition and new construction of an 8,000 square foot, Building 8, at the historic Suburban Square lifestyle center along Philadelphia’s Main Line. This retail project was procured on a design/build basis with A&E acting as the sole point of contact for the client. Related site work for the two buildings, which are separated by a parking lot, is also included. Tenants for the Building 8 facility include Apple Computer Store and Blue Tulip.
