A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the renovation of an existing four story, 49,000 SF facility into a new Super 8 Motel in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The project involved the restoration of a building that was originally constructed as a hotel and subsequently converted into office space.

The 80 room hotel project scope included a new porte cochere/entrance canopy, new windows throughout, and a new wood truss/fiberglass shingle roof which was constructed atop the existing roof. Internally, all guest rooms were renovated with updated fixtures and finishes. In addition, the lobby and entrance area of the hotel were renovated to include a new registration area and breakfast bar for guests.
