A&E Construction Co. has been awarded several contracts by the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine for a wide range of projects throughout its West Philadelphia campus.  Work has been performed in the following buildings:

2008:
Stemmler Hall
-Renovations to multiple rooms
-Construction of fall protection of elevated mechanical rooms
- Kitchen remodeling

2009:
John Morgan Hall
- Historical lighting restoration and installation

Biomedical Research Building
- Installation of laboratory room security upgrades

Blockley Hall
- Emergency egress building upgrades

Anatomy / Chemistry Building
- Installation of laboratory light tables
