Waterside Village is mixed-use development that is being constructed along Maryland’s Eastern Shore.  Phase I of this project includes over 111,000 square feet of retail and office space including retail space for PetSmart, Famous Footwear, Next Day Blinds, AT&T, and Starbucks.  Office tenants in this initial phase include Smith Barney.  In addition to more retail and office space, future phases of this 188-acre complex are planned to include a movie theater complex and a 100-room hotel.
