The two-story, 17,500 square foot addition to the existing Lawrence Dining Facility on the West Chester University campus included several food service venues with related seating areas, a convenience store, student lounge area and an office suite. In addition, the project also included minor alterations to the existing facility. The building’s mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded and expanded under a separate, concurrent contract.
