Located along Route 130 in Willingboro, New Jersey, the Willingboro Town Center is a multi-phased, mixed-use development that is creating a central business district within this suburban community.  A&E Construction has been responsible for multiple components of this complex. 

The first phase of A&E Construction’s involvement was the construction of a 3,100 square foot, multi-tenant retail building.  Included in this facility is a 1,750 square foot Starbucks.

The future phases, for which A&E is also responsible, will include the conversion of a 91,000 square foot, two-story building that formerly housed a Sears department store into Class A office space.  This building will complete a planned quad which includes the Willingboro Public Library and the Burlington County Community College.
