Parkway Plaza, Phase II of Willingboro Town Center, is the second facility that A&E Construction built within this mixed-use complex located along Route 130 in Willingboro, NJ.  The first building completed by A&E was a 3,100 square foot, multi-tenant retail building.

The project involved the renovation of a 91,000 square foot, two-story former Sears department store that was stripped down to its concrete structure and converted into Class A office space.  Construction included exterior renovations and new Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing systems as well as interior renovations that included a monumental staircase.  This building completes the planned quad at the Willingboro Town Center which includes Willingboro Public Library and Burlington County Community College.

Phase III of this complex, also constructed by A&E, includes two additional retail buildings that complete this central business district within this suburban community.
