A&E Construction Co. was responsible for all three facilities that were constructed within this mixed-use complex located in Willingboro, NJ.  Phase II of the project, Parkway Plaza, encompassed the renovation of a 91,000 SF, two-story former Sears department store that was stripped down to its concrete structure and converted into Class A office space.  Construction included exterior renovations and new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems as well as interior renovations that included a monumental staircase.  A&E has also been responsible for multiple tenant fit-outs in building.
