This project is the third facility that A&E Construction has built within this mixed-use complex located along Route 130 in Willingboro, NJ.  The first building completed by A&E was a 3,100 square foot, multi-tenant retail building and the second building was the renovation of a 91,000 square foot, two-story former Sears department store that was converted into Class A office space. 

This project included the construction of two retail buildings which are collectively known as the North Pad Buildings.  These buildings occupy approximately 9,700 square feet and 23,400 square feet respectively and house a total of seven tenants.  Both buildings were constructed in less than twelve weeks.
