A&E Construction provided preconstruction services to O’Neill Properties Group for the Worthington mixed-use development in Malvern, Pennsylvania.  Located at the intersection of US Route 202 and Route 29 in East Whiteland Township, Phase I of this lifestyle center consists of over 600,000 square feet of retail space, 408 residential units, and over 3,000 structured parking spaces on the site of the former Worthington Steel complex.
