A&E Construction Co. is responsible for the construction of a new ALDI, located in Turnersville, NJ. The project includes demolition of an existing building and construction of a new 17,700 SF supermarket. The building is a single story framed structure with a steel joist roof, steel columns and masonry veneer exterior. Interior work includes plumbing, electric, HVAC; finishes include metal studs and drywall; ceramic tile, paint and acoustical ceiling tile. Site work includes asphalt paving and lot striping; concrete sidewalks, curbs and approaches; storm and sanitary sewer, electric service, landscaping, lot lighting and prime signage.
