This project involves the complete renovation of a 14-story hotel. Exterior construction includes the renovation of the exterior wall panels and the building’s curtain wall system as well as the replacement of the building’s high roof. In addition, miscellaneous site and landscaping improvements will be completed.

The interior construction includes the renovation and reconfiguration of much the hotel’s public spaces. When completed, the main floor will feature a renovated lobby including a new gift shop, new business center, and a new restaurant area including a new coffee shop. The lower level will feature a renovated fitness center and pool area. In addition, all 276 guest rooms will also be renovated. The hotel’s HVAC and electrical systems will also be upgraded as part of this project.
