A&E Construction Co. was awarded the contract for renovations of almost 45,000 SF of space for Flaster Greenberg’s Cherry Hill offices. The project includes complete demolition and fit out of 9,000 SF, with the addition of a gym/locker room; renovations to 30,000 SF of existing offices including wall covering, paint, millwork and floor covering; complete demolition and renovation of 6 restrooms and reception area, with all new high end finishes; upgrades to existing lighting throughout the building and inefficient HVAC system.
