A&E Construction Co. is the Construction Manager responsible for site work, a 14,000 SF addition and renovations to a Honda automotive dealership on a 6-acre site in Princeton, New Jersey. The expanded facility will occupy 31,000 SF on two floors.

Site improvements include the addition of 54 parking spaces; an on-site underground storm water culvert and a network of storm inlets and pipe for collection to a storm basin; a retaining wall; and concrete curbs and sidewalks around the addition. Construction and renovations include the expansion of the sales, showroom, and service areas on the first level and offices on the second level.
