A&E Construction is providing Construction Management services for a tenant fit-out project for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

The project encompasses the renovation of a total of 46,000 square feet in an existing warehouse building.  34,000 square feet of the project will be for office space that will include a lobby, training room, conference rooms, private offices, open office space, and related support space.  The remaining 12,000 square feet will be warehouse area for a box build area and a small portable office unit.  In addition, a new entry vestibule addition and a small loading dock addition will be constructed at the facility.
