A&E Construction Co. is constructing a new Super 8 Motel in Pennsville, New Jersey. The project is located along New Jersey Route 49, just off the Exit 1 interchange of the New Jersey Turnpike/Interstate 295, near the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

The project’s scope involves the construction of a 50,300 SF, 4-story hotel that will create 102 guest rooms. Construction includes masonry and wood stud bearing walls, I-joist wood flooring systems, and wood roof trusses. The exterior will be constructed using an Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS). In addition, A&E is responsible for managing the site work for the hotel as well as a portion of the site work planned for the entire site.
