A&E Construction Co. is the Construction Manager for site development and construction of a multi-tenant retail building of the Tilden Ridge shopping center in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Located near the intersection of Interstate 78 and Route 61 in Tilden Township, this retail complex will consist of over 350,000 SF of retail and restaurant space on the site of an old farm.

Site work includes development of 63 acres to add roadways and sidewalks, over 3,000 structured parking spaces, a retention basin, underground storm water management systems, retaining walls, and landscaping. A&E is responsible for preparation of all the pad sites and the construction of 43,000 SF of retail space to house several tenants.
