A & E Construction, Inc. consistently utilizes a “Team” approach to each project. The role of the General Contractor is comprehensive. It starts with a thorough review of methods, materials and project documentation and continues through project management, field supervision, inspections and project closeout. Throughout the project, we maintain a synergy of the trades and the documentation necessary to ensure successful and timely completion of the project. The “Team” approach is essential to developing that synergy and to meeting the project objectives, such as budget, schedule, quality and safety.

A & E Construction, Inc. has a corporate safety program that has been proven successful time and time again. Our Field Team members are instilled with a “Safety First” motto and we designate a representative from each of our subcontracted trades who also must adopt our safety program. The safety representatives maintain contact with the project superintendent who reports to the corporate safety officer to ensure a safe construction site. This coordinated safety program has earned A & E Construction, Inc. an Experience Modification Rating of 0.628 allowing us to construct the most sensitive health projects for the Pharmaceutical and Medical industries.
