11.07.2007 - A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Princeton BMW of Hamilton, New Jersey to construct a new showroom and service center on a 6-acre site along Mercerville-Quakerbridge Road in Hamilton Township.

The facility occupies 77,000 square feet on two floors. The first level features the sales area which includes the showroom, customer lounge, work areas, and offices. Also on the first level is the service center which includes service reception area, service bays, car storage, detail bays, car wash area, and the parts department. The second level of the facility features offices, a training room, meeting rooms, and parts storage.

The architect for the project, which has a construction budget of approximately $9,300,000, is Ignarri-Lummis of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Construction is slated to begin in November 2007 with occupancy expected in September 2008.
