3.10.2008 - A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by All Star Motors, Inc. to construct a new showroom and service center for a Honda automotive dealership on a 19-acre site in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. 

The facility occupies 62,500 square feet on two floors.  The first level features the sales area which includes space for vehicle display, consultation areas, offices, workroom, and a vehicle delivery center.  Also on the first level is the service center which includes the parts department and the parts receiving area as well as the service reception area, customer center/service advisor space, and 35 service bays.  The second level of the space features executive offices, employee areas, and a training room in addition to the parts storage area.

The architect for the project, which has a construction budget of approximately $10,200,000, is Form Space Design of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  Construction is slated to begin in March 2008 with occupancy expected in February 2009.
