5.29.2007 - A&E Construction to renovate the Red Lion Shopping Center & the Bell's Corner Shopping Center in Northeast Philadelphia
A&E Construction has been awarded contracts from two new clients for two shopping center renovation projects in Northeast Philadelphia.
The first project is for Onyx Equities, LLC of Woodbridge, New Jersey and involves the renovation of the canopy and main elevation at the Red Lion Shopping Center at Red Lion Road and Roosevelt Boulevard. The renovation includes the installation of new EIFS and the replacement of existing exterior signage. The architect for this project is TSC Design of Red Bank, New Jersey. Construction has already begun and will be completed by June 2007.
The second project is for Time Equities, Inc. of New York, NY and is facade renovation at the Bell’s Corner Shopping Center at Bustleton Avenue and Bergen Street in Northeast Philadelphia. This project involves the selective patching and complete re-painting of the existing metal fascia as well as the construction of new soffits along the entire shopping center canopy including new soffit lighting. The architect for this project is Bernardon Haber Holloway of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. This project will begin construction in June and will be completed by July 2007.
Together, these two projects total approximately $250,000. Additional revenue is also expected from the expansion and fitout at the Bell’s Corner Shopping Center complex.
