8.21.2007 - A&E Construction awarded a contract by The Bryn Mawr Trust Company

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania to construct multi-phased additions and renovations to their branch office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Two single-story additions, totaling approximately 400 square feet, will create a new entrance/vestibule, office area, and automated teller machine space. The interior renovations, which all occur on the first floor of the three-story building, encompass both public and private spaces and include waiting area, teller areas, offices, and conference room. In addition, the mechanical and electrical systems servicing this level will also be updated. External work includes extensive landscaping and hardscaping including additional parking, reconfigured drive-thru service lanes, and canopied walkways.

The architect for the project, which has a construction budget of approximately $950,000, is Casaccio Architects of Havertown, Pennsylvania. Construction is expected to begin in September 2007 with substantial completion expected in February 2008.
