04.02.2005 - A&E to Renovate Former BUDD Industrial Complex
A&E Construction Co. has been
selected by Preferred Real
Estate Investments, Inc., as
the Construction Manager
for
their plan to revitalize the
former Budd plant in
Philadelphia, turning the
industrial complex into a
Class A mixed use complex
with office, manufacturing,
distribution, retail and
residential space. The
Corporate Campus will be the
home of Temple University
Health System's 800-person
headquarters.
