09.25.2006 - A&E to Add Starbucks and Coldstone Creamery at Washington Center

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Cedar Shopping Centers to construct a new facility to house a Starbucks and a ColdStone Creamery in Sewell, New Jersey. This one-story, 3,000 square-foot facility is located at the Washington Center which is located at the intersection of Egg Harbor Road and Greentree Road in Washington Township, New Jersey. This project is just one of over a dozen projects that A&E has already been awarded with Cedar Shopping Centers this year.

The architect for the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $950,000, is John W. Lister, Architect of West Chester, Pennsylvania with engineering being provided by Joseph Barbato Associates of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Construction will start immediately with substantial completion anticipated in February 2007.
