12.04.2006 - A&E to Expand Cherrywood Plaza in Gloucester Township, New Jersey

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Benderson Development Company, LLC to construct an expansion of Cherrywood Plaza in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. This single-story, 10,500 square-foot end-cap addition to this retail strip plaza is located at the intersection of Blackwood Clementon Road and Chews Landing/Little Gloucester Road in the township.

The architect for the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $1,200,000, is Lauer-Manguso & Associates of Buffalo, New York. Construction will start in January 2007 with substantial completion anticipated in April 2007.
