2.08.2008 - A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by The Dreher Group of Princeton, New Jersey to construct a new Rite Aid Retail Store located in Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. The project will total approximately 14,700 square feet.

The store, which is part of the proposed School House Crossings complex for which A&E will be providing site work under the scope of this contract, is located at School House Road and Elizabeth Avenue. Pad sites will be provided for a future Dunkin Donuts and a New Millennium Bank. This project reflects the second retail outlet featuring the new Rite Aid prototype for which A&E has been responsible.

The architect for the project is BL Companies of Meriden, Connecticut and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Construction of the project, which has a construction cost of $3,475,000, is slated to begin in March 2008 with completion anticipated in September 2008.
