12.03.2007 - A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Radnor, Pennsylvania to construct an Enterprise Rent-A-Truck facility in Pennsauken, New Jersey.

The building, which is located along US Route 130 in Pennsauken Township, is a single-story structure that occupies approximately 5,400 square feet. The facility houses open office areas, private managerial offices, and breakrooms, as well as two large washbays for rental vehicles. Site work on the 1.85-acre site includes parking for 17 rental cars and 23 rental trucks as well as 16 spaces for employees and visitors.

The architect for the project, which has an estimated construction cost of $1,100,000, is Phillip Jordan Architects of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. Construction is slated to begin in December 2007 with completion anticipated in April 2008.
