12.22.2006 - A&E Awarded Construction Contract for Second Filene's Basement Store

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Filene’s Basement of Columbus, Ohio to construct a new retail store in the Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. This is the second facility that A&E will be constructing for Filene’s Basement – following the recently completed outlet in Marple Crossroads in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

The architect for the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $1,100,000, is Herschman Architects of Cleveland, Ohio. Construction will start in January 2007 with substantial completion anticipated in April 2007.
