5.29.2007 - A&E Construction to construct administrative and medical office space at three different locations in Philadelphia
A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Family Practice and Counseling Network to construct administrative and medical office space at three different locations in Philadelphia. Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN) is a division of Resources for Human Development and is a non-profit organization that provides medical care in underserved communities.
The first project is located at FPCN’s headquarters at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue and includes renovations of their currently-occupied, 5,000 square-foot administrative suite including the creation of new Behavioral Health Counseling offices. The second project is also located at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue and is a fitout of an existing vacant suite into a 4,500 square-foot Primary Care health clinic. The final project is a fitout of approximately 12,000 square feet of vacant space at Woodland Village at 61st Street and Woodland Avenue. This project will create a Behavioral Health Counseling office, a Primary Care health clinic, and a dental office.
The architect for the projects, which have a collective budget of approximately $1,700,000, is McGillin Architecture of Bala Cynwyd, PA. Construction is slated to begin in July 2007 with substantial completion to be completed in October 2007.
