 5.26.2007 - A&E Construction awarded a contract by Helvoet Pharm
A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Helvoet Pharma of Pennsauken, New Jersey to construct alterations and renovations to their existing office/production facility in Pennsauken. The project involves creating accessible access to the entire building in which the company manufactures and distributes packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.
Specifically, the scope of the project includes the reconfiguration of the building’s main entrance and lobby area as well as the installation of a passenger elevator to access the building’s second-floor office mezzanine.
The architect for the project, which has a construction budget of approximately $140,000, is Ignarri-Lummis of Cherry Hill, NJ. Construction is slated to begin in July 2007 with substantial completion to be achieved in September 2007.
