09.05.2006 - A&E to Construct Addition to Narberth Community Library

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by the Borough of Narberth to provide construction services for an Addition and Renovations to the Narberth Community Library building in Narberth, Pennsylvania. The one-story, 450 square-foot addition will be constructed to the rear of the existing community library which will also be renovated as part of the project. In addition, the entire building, which also houses space for the American Legion and the Girl Scouts will be receiving a new HVAC system.

The architect for the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $950,000, is Brawer & Hauptman Architects of Philadelphia. Construction will start in early September with substantial completion anticipated in February 2007.
