4.16.2008 -A&E Construction has been awarded contracts by MetroPCS to provide general construction services for the tenant fitout of three MetroPCS retail outlets. These stores will be located in Philadelphia and Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. These projects continue the relationship between A&E and MetroPCS that began with the construction of the MetroPCS outlet on North Broad Street in Philadelphia last year.
The Philadelphia store totals approximately 3,300 square feet and is located along Cheltenham Avenue in the Cheltenham Square shopping center. The Upper Darby store is approximately 2,850 square fee and is located near the intersection of Market Street and 69th Street. Lastly, the Cherry Hill space, which is located along North Kings Highway, totals approximately 3,600 square feet.
The architect for all three projects, which has a total construction cost of approximately $680,000, is Cubellis of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Project Management services are being provided by Watchdog of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Construction will begin immediately with completion scheduled for June 2008.
