12.25.2008 -A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by The Dreher Group of Princeton, New Jersey to construct a new Dunkin’ Donuts store located in Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. The project will total approximately 2,300 square feet.

The store is part of the proposed School House Crossings complex for which A&E is already responsible for both the construction of a new Rite Aid Retail Store as well as the complex’s sitework. School House Crossings is located at School House Road and Elizabeth Avenue in Somerset.

The architect for the project is Frank Trulio Architect, LLC of Chatham, New Jersey. Construction of the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $600,000, is slated to begin in December 2008 with completion anticipated in May 2009.
