1.09.2007 - A&E to Construct New Rooms Today Store

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by American Signature, Inc. to construct a new Rooms Today retail store in the Red Lion Shopping Center in Philadelphia. Located at the intersection of Red Lion Road and Roosevelt Boulevard in the Northeast, this project encompasses over 45,000 square feet and includes demolition as well as a total fit out of the space.

The architect for the project, which has a construction cost of approximately $1,700,000, is Daniel Cline & Associates of Columbus, OH. Construction has already begun and substantial completion is anticipated by mid-March 2007.
