11.10.2008 -A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Sugartown Worldwide to oversee the construction of a new Lilly Pulitzer store in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The project, which is located in The Gardens Mall, encompasses 3,600 square feet of retail space.

This project represents the twenty-third Lilly Pulitzer project in which A&E has been involved and continues the 4-year relationship between A&E and Lilly Pulitzer. During this timeframe, A&E has been responsible for stores in California, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, and throughout the Northeast.

The architect for the project, which has a total construction cost of approximately $500,000, is Michael Neumann Architecture of New York, New York. Preconstruction is currently in progress. Construction is expected to begin in February 2009 with completion scheduled for May 2009.
