07.28.2006 - A&E to Build Bank Branch for Sun National Bank

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Sun National Bank of Vineland, New Jersey to provide construction services for a new bank branch at Grande Center in Middle Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. Totaling approximately 3,650sf and located on a pad within the Grande Center complex on Route 9, this project continues A&E’s construction activity on the Grande Center site. The construction cost for the single-story facility, which includes teller areas, lobby, private offices, safe area, and public spaces, is approximately $1,300,000.

The architect for this project is Irving L. Shapiro, Architect of Philadelphia and the Owner’s Representative is Vineland Construction Company of Vineland, New Jersey. Construction will start in mid-August and is expected to be completed by December 2006.
