07.07.2006 - A&E Continues Relationship at St. Charles Seminary

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract to renovate the Stair Tower at Vianney Hall at the Philadelphia Theological Seminary of Saint Charles Borromeo. Located on the Seminary’s campus at the intersection of Route 30 and Route 1 in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, this project continues A&E’s relationship with the Seminary and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Previously, A&E renovated the second floor of this facility in time for the beginning of the Fall Semester of 2005.

The Seminary’s Project Manager for this project, which is currently budgeted at approximately $60,000, is O’Donnell & Naccarato, Inc. of Philadelphia. The project will start construction immediately with construction expected to be completed in August 2006.
