7.31.2007 - A&E Construction awarded a contract by Visual Communications of Aston, PA

A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Visual Communications of Aston, Pennsylvania to construct a warehouse addition to their current office/warehouse facility in Chester Township, Pennsylvania.

The single-story, split-face block addition will provide the company with additional space of approximately 50,000 square feet that will initially be utilized as warehousing space with approximately 10,000 square feet of that area being allocated for future office and restaurant/core areas.

The architect for the project is Robert H. Linn of Media, Pennsylvania. Construction of the project, which has a total budget of approximately $3,200,000, is slated to begin in August 2007 with occupancy expected in February 2008.
