5.18.2007 - A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Delco Development to construct two new retail buildings at the Willingboro Town Center
A&E Construction has been awarded a contract by Delco Development, LLC of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey to construct two new retail buildings at the Willingboro Town Center along Route 130 in Willingboro, New Jersey. The two buildings, which are collectively known as the North Pad Buildings, occupy approximately 9,700 square feet and 23,400 square feet respectively and will house a total of seven tenants.
These two buildings continue A&E’s ongoing relationship with Delco Development at the Willingboro Town Center site where we recently completed the Starbucks building and are currently renovating the 91,000 square-foot former Sears department store into Class A office space.
The architect for this project is Ignarri-Lummis of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The construction cost for the base building component of these two buildings is approximately $2,200,000. Additional revenue is also expected from the turnkey fitout of some of the proposed tenant spaces. Construction of the base buildings will begin in June and will be completed by September 2007.
